Young People

Navigating adolescence can be a challenging and confusing time. Young people are figuring out a great deal of external and internal change simultaneously, and even with a good support network of friends and family they can feel alone in their experiences.

With increasing rates of teenage suicide, drug and alcohol abuse, self-harm and eating disorders it is a vital resource for young people to be able to access a confidential space to explore and understand themselves.

Your Well-Being can provide young people with a neutral ground to process their challenges, experiences, fears and dreams and empower them to develop a healthy sense of self.
