It is never too early to provide your child with emotional support. 

Counselling can be incredibly beneficial and help your child to process feelings that may surface with the inevitable challenges and changes that life presents, and at times can seem unmanageable. If allowed to continue these feelings can become increasingly more complicated and difficult to manage.

If your child is experiencing difficulties and is unhappy they may need some additional support through Play Therapy or psychotherapy.

Your Well-Being can provide a supportive space for children to explore and process their feelings in relation to:
